The SCL Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit charity.
The mission of the SCL Foundation is to provide local services and grants for the State College, PA area – in the shadow of Penn State's "lion country" – in the categories of Youth Leadership, Vision and Health, Relieving Hunger, and Serving the Local Community and Protecting the Environment.
